3 Age & Eligibility Requirements

The minimum age to play on bat88 is 18. We strictly prohibit participation by minors and enforce this through identity verification.

• You must be a legal resident or citizen of Bangladesh.
• Playing from regions where online gaming is prohibited by law is not allowed.
• bat88 employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to participate on this platform.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Bat88 supports transactions via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT); exchange rates apply for crypto transactions.

• Minimum deposit is ৳100 via bKash/Nagad and ৳500 via bank transfer.
• Minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Funds can only be withdrawn to an account registered in your own name.
• bat88 charges no deposit or withdrawal fees—though crypto network fees may apply.
• Unusual transactions may be investigated in accordance with our Anti-Money Laundering policy.
• Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the original deposit (to prevent chargebacks).
• Any transaction-related dispute must be raised within 7 business days.

Withdrawal processing may occasionally be delayed due to bank holidays or technical issues. bat88 is not liable in such cases, but we will work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

5 Bonus & Voucher Policy

All bonuses, vouchers, and promotional offers at bat88 are subject to specific terms and conditions. By accepting a bonus, you agree to those applicable terms.

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Once a bonus expires, any unused bonus amount is automatically cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time (cashback excluded).
• The Welcome Bonus can only be claimed once per account.
• Opening multiple accounts to exploit bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• If bonus abuse is confirmed, the account will be closed and all bonuses forfeited.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on bat88 are powered by software from approved third-party providers. Game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) and are never predetermined.

• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical issue during a game, the staked amount will be refunded.
• In live games, the dealer's decision is final.
• In Sports Betting, bets will be voided if a match is abandoned.
• If your internet connection drops during a game, the bet for that round will be deducted from your balance.

7 Prohibited Activities

To maintain a fair and safe environment for all bat88 players, certain activities are strictly prohibited. Any of the following will result in immediate account suspension.

• Using multiple identities in a coordinated scheme to abuse bonuses.
• Using software bots, scripts, or automation tools in any game.

• Threatening or harassing other players or bat88 staff.
• Using fraudulent or stolen payment information.

8 Account Closure & Suspension Policy

Bat88 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• Evidence of Terms & Conditions violation.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Prolonged inactivity (12 months or more).
• Legal obligation or directive from a regulatory authority.

You may close your account at any time by submitting a written request to our support team. Please withdraw your balance before requesting closure.

As part of Responsible Gaming, you can set a temporary break on your account (7 days, 1 month, or 6 months). You will not be able to log in during this period.
